LIMITAION OF LIABILITY

1.    Return and Reprint
Reprinting is subject to the following conditions;

a)    Product is faulty or does not match the description in the original listing. If we accept the claim as valid, PRINT JOB 2U SDN BHD will absorb the cost of shipping back to our office, reprint the order and ship it back at no cost to the customer.
b)    If product is at no fault of PRINT JOB 2U SDN BHD, 100% of the product must be returned to Online Print Job at the customer's expense within 7 days from the date of delivery or date of pick-up. Charges to rush print are non-refundable. PRINT JOB 2U SDN BHD assumes no liability beyond the price of your order.  
c)    Reprinting is subject to raw materials availability after a request has been submitted.
d)    Kindly note that all returned product(s) will be inspected for their conditions and quality upon receipt. PRINT JOB 2U SDN BHD reserves the right to reject any request(s) not in compliance with the requirements in the preceding paragraph.
e)    Only product(s) purchased from www.printjob.com.my can be reprinted.
f)    All product(s) must be shipped or dropped off within 7 working days from date of receipt or self collection together with a copy of proof of purchase.

Once the returns policy has been met, we will offer re-print within 30 days.

2.    Refund Policy
All sales are final. Since we customize each order according to your file and exact specifications, no refunds will be given once PRINT JOB 2U SDN BHD starts working on your order. 

3.    Cancel Order
We regret to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.

4.    Out of Stock
We strive to deliver your order within the delivery time stipulated. However, please note that in the event of stock unavailability, we will contact you immediately to advice the next course of action.

TERIMINATION OF USAGE

User access to all or part of this Site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.
